About the Position As an ST resident physician with us, you will have a broad and varied workday, where you work with scheduled patient visits, handle acute cases, and participate in home health care. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to the development of the practice and engage in improvement and quality work. We offer an evidence-based training environment where we focus on patient-centered care and continuous development. Our supervisors are actively involved in your training, and we follow the guidelines that apply to ST resident physician continuing education. About You We are looking for a licensed physician with authorization to work within Swedish healthcare. To communicate well in both speech and writing, you need Swedish language skills at the C1 level. You thrive in collaboration with others, both with fellow physicians and different professional groups in healthcare. Your commitment and understanding of the importance of professional and respectful conduct are central to your role. You have the ability to adapt your approach based on the patient's needs and situation. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and are looking for someone who is attentive, responsible, and has a desire to develop in your profession.
