Make a difference. Every day. Vårdcentralen (VC) Sorgenfri is a primary care center centrally located in Malmö with stable staffing and strong team spirit. We have approximately 12,400 registered patients and around 45 employees at the workplace. We work for better health and quality of life for our patients in a multicultural area through good accessibility and high competence. The primary care center is an academic primary care center (AVC), which means that the center has a research mandate and serves as a bridge between clinical work and research. With us, eight specialists in general medicine and six ST doctors work with the support of our administrative team. We have nursing assistants, general nurses, specialist nurses, and district nurses who run their own specialist clinics in areas such as diabetes, asthma/COPD, and elderly care. We have a psychosocial unit with psychologists on duty, as well as a social worker, and we have a dietitian attached to the primary care center. Excellent collaboration exists with Abels Rehab at Möllevångstorget, which gives us access to occupational and physical therapists, with the physical therapist working two half-days per week on-site at VC Sorgenfri. At Vårdcentralen Sorgenfri, we strive for professional patient-centered care where we all take responsibility, support each other, and work together in a warm work environment. 1 position(s).
