About the Role As an ST-physician at Kry, you will have varied work tasks where you have the opportunity to meet and advise many different patients, contribute to developing and transforming primary care where your ideas create value for the operation and Kry's work to improve primary care. Examples of work tasks include physician consultations, placement at child health clinics, home care services, and supervision of AT- and BT-physicians. The primary care center is fortunate to have several ST-physicians and has the ambition to be at the forefront in terms of supervision. You will have the opportunity to, together with other colleagues, develop the operation and participate in improvement and quality work. Qualifications & Characteristics You hold a Swedish medical license and have a strong interest in general medicine. You have 1 year of experience working at a Swedish primary care center. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is important that you can communicate freely with patients, relatives, and colleagues. You place great emphasis on a holistic perspective in each individual patient meeting. You have good patient interaction and prioritize putting the patient first. You have good collaboration skills and are receptive to both colleagues and patients. You are thorough in your work and take great responsibility for your tasks.
