We are now seeking an ST Doctor to join our welcoming team at Praktikertjänst Vårdcentralen Norra Hamn in Luleå! Information about the Workplace Vårdcentralen Norra Hamn is an established primary care center located in beautiful facilities in central Luleå and operates on behalf of Region Norrbotten. Job Responsibilities Standard duties as an ST Doctor at a primary care center. Responsibilities include outpatient work - scheduled and acute visits - assessment, treatment, and follow-up of patients of all ages. Staffing of the region's shared on-call center is included, approximately 1/month. A good educational environment with access to collegial mentoring in daily work and close collaboration with your supervisor. Scheduled supervisor time each week, plus continuous mentoring beyond that. Good contact with the director of studies and great opportunities to work with your supervisor to shape the content of your ST service. Our role also includes nursing homes and HSV patients as well as BVC and MVC. Qualifications Licensed doctor with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare. You must have completed AT/BT and be approved. Primary care experience is desirable, as is experience working with the Cosmic journal system, but regardless of background you will receive an introduction tailored to you. You have strong interest in general medicine and see your future as a general practitioner specialist. You thrive in an environment with a relaxed atmosphere where work is patient-focused. You can work independently while maintaining close collaboration with everyone in the team to provide patients with the best care. Fluent knowledge of Swedish language in both speech and writing is a requirement. Personal Qualities You are driven by quality in your work and are a good team player across the entire primary care center team. You have strong listening skills and are thorough. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities. Additional Information The position is full-time, but the scope can be adjusted by agreement.
