Work Duties Typical work duties as an ST doctor at a health center. The duties include outpatient work—scheduled and acute visits—assessment, treatment, and follow-up of patients of all ages. Staffing the on-call center (shared within the region) is included, approximately 1/month. A strong training environment with access to collegial supervision in daily work and close collaboration with your supervisor. Scheduled supervisor time each week, plus continuous supervision beyond that. Good contacts with the study director and excellent opportunities to work together with your supervisor to shape the content of your ST placement. Our role also includes care facilities for the elderly and HSV patients, as well as BVC and MVC. Qualifications Licensed doctor with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. You must have completed AT/BT and be approved. Primary care experience is desirable, as is experience working with the Cosmic journal system, but regardless of your background, you will receive an introduction tailored to you. You have a strong interest in general medicine and see your future as a general practitioner specialist. You thrive in an environment with an open atmosphere where work is patient-focused. You can work independently while maintaining close collaboration with everyone on the team to provide patients with the best care. Fluent knowledge of Swedish language in both speech and writing is required. Personal Qualities You are driven by quality in your work and are a good team player across the entire health center. You have a strong ability to listen and are thorough. Great weight will be placed on personal qualities. Additional Information The position is full-time, but the scope can be adjusted by agreement.
