We are looking for We welcome you as a licensed physician who has started or plans to start your ST position in general medicine. We offer you, if you want to become a specialist in general medicine, a structured training position. You must have authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare, good knowledge of Swedish and English, and the ability to express yourself well both verbally and in writing corresponding to C1 level. Additionally, we value further language skills. We place great importance on personal qualities. You have drive and a good ability to see the big picture and want to work for a workplace where the patient is always at the center. You have a genuine patient focus, work without pretentiousness, and have an easy time collaborating with different professional categories within and outside the organization. What you will be working with As an ST doctor with us, you will have the opportunity to develop across the full breadth of general medicine. You will meet a variety of patients of different ages with all kinds of health-related problems, with supervision from skilled specialist physicians and close collaboration with experienced nurses, rehabilitation teams, and other professions. The work includes diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and disease prevention measures. To meet patients' needs, we work with outpatient care, patient visits and follow-ups, telephone advice, and digital care meetings where we see the patient as an active and natural part of their own health. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the development of our operations and receive support to grow as both a physician and a colleague. We have close collaboration with the municipality and other health centers within our primary care area. The role includes supervision of students, AT doctors, and ST doctors depending on where you are in your own training, as well as staff at the health center. To achieve your goals, you have primary responsibility for following your individual training plan with close support from your supervisor, study director, and unit manager. Your work day is structured individually with scheduled time for your own studies necessary to achieve set training goals, structure for meetings, and administrative work.
