About the Workplace Närvården Viksäng Irsta is an established clinic in Västerås. We serve approximately 15,800 registered patients, and our clinic includes physician and district nurse services, specimen collection, maternal and child health services, physiotherapy and occupational therapy services, as well as psychology and dietitian services. We want to develop, and there are great opportunities to influence how we do so. We have a branch in Irsta, which currently functions primarily as a district nurse clinic. Experience working in primary care is an asset, as is experience with the Cosmic patient record system. You have the ability to work independently and in a structured manner while also thriving with and valuing close collaboration with different professional disciplines. You are engaged, responsible, and have a professional demeanor toward patients, relatives, and colleagues. You easily adapt your work methods and approach based on the patient's needs and the current situation. We would like you to have an interest in development and improvement work and want to contribute to the continued development of the service. You are open to new knowledge and readily share your experience and expertise with your colleagues. We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who brings engagement, work enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
