We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer for the Maintenance Development section. Our mission is to systematically and fact-based develop maintenance work in close collaboration with production and production-related maintenance. Through analysis, improvements, and long-term approaches, we contribute to increased operational reliability, better resource utilization, and a stronger maintenance culture. In the role of Maintenance Engineer, you will have an important function in identifying improvement opportunities, driving change, and translating analyses into concrete actions. Your main areas of responsibility • Map and analyze existing maintenance operations to identify current status, needs, and improvement potential • Lead and coordinate improvement initiatives together with relevant functions within production and maintenance • Conduct root cause analyses, follow up on recurring disruptions, and contribute to long-term solutions • Develop work methods, procedures, and processes that strengthen preventive and planned maintenance • Participate in the implementation of new technology, digital tools, and system support in maintenance work • Participate in development and investment projects where the maintenance perspective is an important part of the whole About you We are looking for someone with a degree in maintenance engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical/automation, or another relevant field. If you have experience from industrial operations, maintenance development, operational reliability, or improvement work, we consider that to be a merit. As a person, you are curious, proactive, and structured. We value a solution-oriented approach, a strong focus on safety, and a willingness to contribute to continuous improvements. You are comfortable working both analytically and practically, and you have the ability to see connections, prioritize, and drive issues forward. The role involves many contact points, so it is important that you are collaborative, build trust easily, and communicate clearly. You can also take a leading role in improvement groups and contribute to engagement among others. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
