About the Position As a coordinator and inspector of personal fall protection in the Fall Protection section, you will be an expert resource supporting operations regarding personal fall protection. Through competent advice, you contribute to ensuring that operations comply with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations and legal requirements for fall protection and fall protection equipment. You also contribute to preventive risk work. You will lead the work of scheduling and conducting inspections of personal fall protection equipment, which means you will have many points of contact throughout our exciting operation. You have an important role in ensuring that we offer and conduct current training within the scope of fall protection and work in confined spaces. Your Main Responsibilities Plan annual schedules for inspection of personal fall protection equipment Plan annual schedules to arrange for external companies to inspect our fixed fall protection systems in operations Provide support to operations regarding personal fall protection Schedule personal fall protection equipment, inspect, and document Order fall protection products Coordinate training sessions within the scope of fall protection and confined spaces Set requirements for training providers and ensure quality of training content Conduct training sessions on fall protection and confined spaces You will also have the opportunity for competence development in additional training areas About You We would like you to have completed fall protection training and confined space training. You have knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation, with connection to personal protective equipment. It is advantageous if you have good knowledge of SSAB's facilities in our area. You have good social skills and pedagogical competence. It is advantageous if you have completed the Competent Person training according to EN 365 (inspect personal fall protection equipment).
