About Us We are building a business focused on validating professional competency in facility services in collaboration with the Swedish Employment Agency (Arbetsförmedlingen). Our goal is to help job seekers have their knowledge assessed and documented according to industry standards. About the Position We are seeking an SRY-approved occupational assessor in facility services for part-time employment or consulting assignments. The position is flexible and can be combined with other employment. Assignments are planned in consultation with you and can be conducted as needed depending on the number of participants and geographic location. We welcome applications from all of Sweden. Responsibilities Conduct competency mapping and competency assessments in facility services. Assess participants according to SRY guidelines and validation models. Document results and prepare required documentation and statements. Contribute to quality assurance of the validation process. Collaborate with the operations manager and other stakeholders as needed. Qualifications Requirements: Approved SRY occupational assessor certification. Documented experience in facility services. Strong ability to document and communicate in Swedish. Good computer skills. Meritorious: Experience with validation processes. Experience in training or mentoring.
