About the Position We are seeking an SRY-approved occupational assessor in facility services for part-time employment or consulting work. The position is flexible and can be combined with other employment. Assignments are planned in consultation with you and can be carried out as needed depending on the number of participants and geographic location. We welcome applications from all over Sweden. Responsibilities Conduct competency assessments and skills evaluations in facility services. Assess participants according to SRY guidelines and validation model. Document results and prepare required documentation and reports. Contribute to quality assurance of the validation process. Collaborate with operations manager and other stakeholders as needed. Qualifications Requirements: Certified SRY occupational assessor. Documented experience in facility services. Strong ability to document and communicate in Swedish. Good computer skills. Merit factors: Experience with validation. Experience in training or mentoring. Experience working with Swedish Public Employment Service programs. What We Offer Flexible working hours.
