Taxes, fees and similar monetary payments and gambling Duties and Responsibilities - comprehensive management of tax administration in complex tax cases - performing necessary procedural actions in accordance with the Tax Code, Code of Administrative Procedure and other related legal regulations, and issuing decisions in tax and administrative proceedings - implementing tax administration procedures pursuant to the Tax Code, including tax audits, investigative activities, on-site inspections and procedures to resolve discrepancies for all types of taxes Salary and Other Terms - salary tariff ranging from 27,030 Kč to 38,990 Kč - personal allowance after training ranging from 3,899 Kč to 5,849 Kč - special allowance of 4,300 Kč - possibility of performance and target bonuses - upon start date, employee will have a minimum gross monthly income of 35,840 Kč (guaranteed salary level or higher) - possibility to use accrued hours as full days off up to 2 days per calendar month Additional information about benefits and conditions of service is available at: Job Offers | Public Information | Financial Administration | Financial Administration (financnisprava.gov.cz) You may participate in the selection process for the above-mentioned service positions if you meet the basic requirements set forth in Section 25(1) of the Act, namely: a) you are a citizen of the Czech Republic, a citizen of another Member State of the European Union or a citizen of a state that is a contracting party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, b) you have reached the age of 18, c) you are fully competent, d) you are of good standing, e) you have achieved the education specified by law for these service positions, i.e. higher vocational education or university education in a bachelor's degree program or you have achieved at least secondary education with a school-leaving examination; for these service positions, an exemption from the education requirement specified by law has been granted in accordance with Section 25a(1) of the Act by service regulations; f) you have the required health fitness, g) you have the necessary knowledge of the Czech language, unless you are a citizen of the Czech Republic.
