INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY ADMINISTRATOR Classification according to CZ-ISCO - 25 Specialists in information and communication technology - 35 Technicians in information and communication technology Professional classification: systems technician Job Responsibilities - user management of websites through CMS Joomla - production of items using 3D printer + equipment maintenance - support of regular users in the use of information technology (PC, laptop, printers, scanners, OS Win7 – Win11) and audiovisual technology (projectors, visualizers, lecture systems, interactive boards and displays) within the faculty - management of HW and SW, installation, reinstallation and upgrade of OS and SW equipment - close cooperation with other IT department staff at the faculty and also IT staff at the Rectorate of JU Requirements - minimum completed secondary education with a school-leaving certificate (maturita) - good organizational and communication skills, independence, sense of responsibility, professional demeanor - knowledge of information technology – end-user devices PC/laptop and their accessories - general overview of hardware and software solutions Knowledge of the following is an advantage: - Active Directory and Policy - at least passive knowledge of English (reading technical documentation, searching in English Knowledge Base), active English language skills welcome We Offer - fixed working hours Monday to Friday 7:00–15:30 - language and employee training courses, workplace cafeteria on premises - employee benefits: 5 weeks vacation, 4 days of sick leave, meal allowance, contribution to pension insurance or supplementary pension savings, preferential mobile calls – voice and data services, preferential banking services at partner bank, ALZA benefits program, DATART VIP program, daycare facility for employees' children directly on campus, work in an institution implementing HR Award, etc. Start Date: immediate start possible by agreement Employment Type: full-time Employment Contract: fixed-term for 1 year with a four-month probationary period, possibility of extension to indefinite term Salary: starting salary according to JU Salary Scale considering the selected classification and length of professional experience from 35,000 Kč Work Location: České Budějovice Please send a structured CV, cover letter and a copy of your highest education document to: [email protected] – please indicate in the subject line "Employment OIT – systems technician", or by mail to: ZSF JU (building Vltava), Tomáš Olišar – OIT, J.
