What awaits you? Support and maintenance of IT systems (1st and 2nd level) in cooperation with the team and vendors, management of user accounts and access rights (Microsoft AD, Microsoft 365), HW/SW management (PC, servers, printers, IP and mobile phones, telephone exchange), training and support for end users, collaboration on implemented IT projects and resolution of partial project tasks. Working hours Monday-Friday, on-call duty once every 5 weeks (Monday-Friday after work hours; Saturday, Sunday and holidays all day; if needed with travel to the workplace within 30 minutes). What knowledge and skills do we require? Min. secondary education in the field. Independence, reliability, attention to detail, positive and conflict-free approach, willingness to learn. It will be an advantage if you have: Good knowledge of Microsoft OS, Microsoft 365, LINUX, SQL, PowerShell, MS Office.
