Financial Authority: Financial Office for the Moravian-Silesian Region Place of Service: Ostrava Civil Service Position Area of Service: Taxes, fees and other similar monetary payments and gambling (2) Salary Grade: 9 Your Responsibilities - Managing the agenda of tax proceedings phases or administration of multiple types of taxes, fees or other similar monetary payments - Providing comprehensive performance of tax administrator activities in the special activities control department - Managing enforcement of budget discipline violations, including management of enforcement for budget discipline violations in relation to financial resources (grants) provided by the European Union or National Fund - Conducting inspections of grant utilization and use from the state budget or other purpose-tied funds, including determination of enforcement and penalties for budget discipline violations - Conducting on-site investigations, search and control activities with entities - Assessing applications from tax subjects for tax relief, preparing documentation for decisions regarding remission of enforcement and penalties for budget discipline violations or tax accessories - Processing regular and extraordinary remedial measures, particularly independent preparation of statements on remedial measures and proposals for decisions on remedial measures - Maintaining records of tax obligations, processing relevant decisions in control activities, payment and reallocation vouchers, determining tax accessories with emphasis on preventing tax evasion Required Qualifications: Citizenship of the Czech Republic, citizenship of another member state of the European Union, or citizenship of a state that is a contracting party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area Age 18 years Full legal capacity Clean criminal record Health fitness Knowledge of Czech language (if not a Czech citizen) Secondary education with graduation examination What We Offer 5 weeks of vacation 5 days of sick leave 1 day of service leave for personal matters Up to 5 days of service leave for individual study purposes Ability to use accrued hours as full-day leave up to 3 days per calendar month Flexible working hours Possibility of shorter working hours Meal allowance Individual contribution from FKSP according to employee choice (e.g. pension insurance, supplementary pension savings, meals or in cafeteria system) Recreation at own recreational facilities Summer camps for employees' children MultiSport multipurpose card Opportunity for discounted purchase of goods and services from contract partners (e.g. selected theaters, Czech Railways, a.s., ...)
