As of June 16, 2026 - evaluation of defects and proposal of technically efficient and effective solutions for their elimination, collaboration on project documentation development and its review, organization and execution of investments and repairs with coordination of work, management of the production facility, conducting and evaluation of procurement procedures for potential suppliers, negotiation and conclusion of commercial contracts, performance of supervision and acceptance of deliveries and work, including review of supplier invoices, handover of investments and repairs for use, evaluation of completed investments and repairs, close collaboration with production teams and the services department. Requirements: min. high school education, preferably in construction, min. 2 years of experience in a similar position, knowledge of Building Code issues, norms, regulations and procedures, knowledge of PC work - MS Office, knowledge of AutoCAD, driver's license category B.
