Clear Language, Development, and Collaboration
The Communications Department consists of over 60 employees who lead, develop, and support the agency's internal and external communications. We manage and develop the intranet and external websites, are responsible for the agency's graphic profile, terminology, and Försäkringskassan's clear language initiatives. We are a team of five language editors, and we are now seeking an additional colleague.
As a language editor, you will collaborate with colleagues in the communications department, as well as with business developers and lawyers in the insurance divisions. You will plan work together and often work within defined timeframes, for example during legislative changes or major development projects. You provide writing and language advice, edit and adapt texts for target audiences, answer language questions, and train staff in clear language. You also work on continuous improvement with a focus on customer benefit.
This position involves handling classified information, which requires high standards for proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have strong security awareness when working for us.

have a university degree as a language consultant or experience and qualifications that can be assessed as equivalent
have experience with clear language work
act on your own initiative and take responsibility for achieving good results
have the ability to build a useful network
can understand and analyze complex issues
come up with innovative ideas and solutions that promote development
collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals
have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
It is a merit if you have experience in
working with legal texts
working with or employed by a public agency
leading workshops and creative processes
working in a large public organization.

Other Information
One position, permanent, full-time, with start date by mutual agreement. Trial employment may be applicable. Some positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive activities. To be hired for such a position, a passed security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required. In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted as part of this recruitment. Opportunity for remote work exists if the work permits. In this recruitment, work psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. Work location: Stockholm.
