Danish Language Instructor - Join Our Team!

As we prepare for the fall term, we're looking to strengthen our team with dedicated Danish language instructors – ideally with knowledge of an additional Nordic language. Are you passionate about languages and pedagogy and looking for a flexible and meaningful assignment? Then the role of instructor at Upgrades might be perfect for you! As a Danish instructor at Upgrades Education, you'll work on engaging and varied language teaching assignments and become part of our fantastic team of language coaches. You'll plan your lessons independently based on participants' needs, language level, and goals. Assignments can vary depending on the number of participants and preferences regarding day, location, and time. Teaching can take place both individually and in groups. This role is ideal if you want to work part-time and combine teaching with other activities. Your Profile You have confidence in your own abilities and thrive with varied work where you independently plan and deliver lessons. You have a natural talent for creating engagement and motivating others, and you are: Attentive, engaged, and flexible Communicative, independent, and organized Creative and inspiring Interested in languages, teaching, and pedagogy Requirements Danish at native speaker level or equivalent proficiency up to C2 Experience in language teaching Strong ability to plan and deliver lessons independently Genuine interest in teaching and pedagogy Merits: Knowledge of Swedish Knowledge of an additional Nordic language Post-secondary education in languages, pedagogy, or equivalent Experience teaching adults Experience using digital tools in instruction We recruit on a rolling basis, so don't delay in submitting your application to [email protected].
