About the role NORTHLANE is looking for several Spotters for data center projects in Gävle and Sandviken. As a Spotter, you will contribute to a safe and well-organized working environment. You will work on the project site, observe ongoing activities, and identify potential risks or deviations. Key responsibilities Monitor safety on the project site. Identify and report risks and deviations. Communicate clearly with work teams and contractors. Help ensure that instructions and safety procedures are followed. Contribute to a safe and well-organized working environment. The role involves extended periods of standing and walking. We are looking for someone who Can communicate in English at work, both verbally and in writing. Is able to arrange reliable transport to and from the workplace, as public transport is not available. Can follow instructions and safety procedures. Works well with others. Is observant, responsible, and punctual. Has the physical ability required to carry out the work. Desirable but not required Previous experience in construction, industry, project-based work, or safety-related roles. Swedish language skills are not required. Employment conditions Project-based fixed-term employment. Work locations: Gävle and Sandviken. The work is mainly carried out during the daytime, but evening and weekend work may occur.
