NORTHLANE is seeking several Spotters for data center projects in Gävle and Sandviken. As a Spotter, you will contribute to a safe and well-organized work environment. You will work on the project site, observe ongoing work, and identify risks or deviations. Job Responsibilities Monitor safety at the workplace. Identify and report risks and deviations. Communicate clearly with work teams and contractors. Ensure that instructions and safety procedures are followed. Contribute to a safe and well-organized work environment. The work involves extended periods of standing and walking. We are Looking for You If You Can communicate in English at work, both verbally and in writing. Have a B-class driver's license and access to your own vehicle to get to work. Can follow instructions and safety procedures. Have good teamwork skills. Are attentive, responsible, and punctual. Have good physical fitness. Meritorious but Not Required Experience from construction, industry, project work, or safety work is meritorious but not required. It is also not a requirement that you speak Swedish. We place great emphasis on your attitude, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn. Employment Terms Project-based employment. Work location: Gävle and Sandviken. Work during daytime as well as evenings and weekends may occur.
