As store manager, you have overall responsibility for the store's sales, results, and staff. You lead and plan daily operations with a focus on staffing, inventory flow, merchandising, and customer experience. At the same time, you are a natural part of the sales floor. You meet customers, inspire your colleagues, and lead through your own engagement. For you, it's natural to take responsibility, make decisions, and create a culture where people thrive, develop, and perform together. We believe you are a positive and unpretentious leader with strong personal drive. You enjoy working toward clear goals and are motivated by creating results together with others.
