We invite you to join the RTU team as an ADMINISTRATOR for full-time work at the RTU Sports Center, Meža Street 1A, Riga. We are looking for a responsible person with equivalent experience in customer service (preferred), as well as the ability to organize time while demonstrating excellent communication skills when working with center clients. Your responsibilities: - Ensure friendly customer service at the RTU Culture and Sports Center and answer inquiries; - Sell RTU Culture and Sports Center memberships in accordance with regulations – work with POS terminal; - Answer phone calls; - Administer purchased memberships in the accounting software; - Register RTU student visits in the sports system sports.rtu.lv; - Issue keys and access cards; - Register visitor vehicles in the system; - Inform clients about current changes in RTU Culture and Sports Center operations; - Collect client complaints and suggestions and report them to the RTU Culture and Sports Center manager; - Inform center management about emergency situations during working hours. Your experience and skills: - Secondary or secondary specialized education; - Ability to organize your work and good communication skills; - Good computer skills; - Excellent knowledge of Latvian language, English language proficiency at conversational level for customer service; - Previous work experience performing similar duties will be considered an additional qualification.
