No. LV90000067986 Ropažu Sports Center invites applications for SPORTS COACH (profession code 3422 03) Main duties: • Organize students and youth in interest-based sports education groups; • Verify sports equipment and inventory compliance and safety for training processes; • Complete program implementation/group activity documentation - develop training group curriculum for licensing; • Organize and participate in competitions appropriate to your training group's level; • Organize and participate in events hosted by the Sports Center; • Provide suggestions for improving and enhancing the Sports Center's operations and educational program services. Requirements for candidates: • Sports pedagogical education or pedagogical education with at least Category C sports coach qualification; • Prior experience in sports or education, or professional athlete experience is desirable; • Knowledge of Latvia's sports legislation relevant to coaching; fundamental principles of sports pedagogy and sports training methodology, competition requirements, and competition organization methodology in the respective sport; • State language proficiency at the highest level; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to quickly assess situations and make well-reasoned decisions; • Precision, discipline, and strong sense of responsibility.
