Main Job Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and conduct children's and youth basketball training sessions according to students' age and skill level; Ensure quality education and training processes, promoting students' physical development, basketball skill improvement, and healthy lifestyle; Prepare students for competitions, organize and lead team participation in local and national level competitions; Ensure training process planning and record-keeping, as well as prepare necessary documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and institutional guidelines; Comply with child safety, occupational health, and internal conduct requirements during training and competitions; Collaborate with students' parents, colleagues, sports organizations, and other involved institutions; Participate in institution-organized events and promote basketball development in Saulkrastu Municipality; Develop professional qualifications and stay updated with industry developments. Requirements for Candidates: Appropriate higher education in sports or pedagogy, or compliance with requirements for sports coach position as specified in regulatory acts; Sports coach qualification in basketball; Preferred previous work experience as a children's and youth coach; Ability to plan and organize education and training processes; Good communication and collaboration skills when working with children, youth, parents, and colleagues; High sense of responsibility, initiative, and ability to organize work independently; Ability to use information and communication technologies for daily work tasks; State language proficiency as required by regulatory acts.
