Rēzeknes Children and Youth Sports School is hiring a hockey coach for an indefinite period, full-time position, 30 hours per week with a monthly salary of 1175 EUR.
Main job responsibilities:
• Implement interest education programs in accordance with the sports school programs and training methodology;
• Plan and ensure the educational process;
• Plan, organize, and record classes and competitions in accordance with the approved class schedule and competition calendar;
• Ensure workload appropriate to students' age and physical development;
• Ensure student safety and compliance with the educational institution's internal regulations;
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation to school administration;
• Perform other duties as assigned by sports school management.
Job requirements and necessary knowledge:
• At least Category C sports coach certificate in the specific sport; higher sports pedagogy education is preferred (in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569);
• Ability to organize, work in a team, good communication and interpersonal skills;
• State language proficiency at the level specified in regulatory acts;
• High sense of responsibility, psychological resilience, and communication culture.
