The Services for People with Disabilities consist of day activities, group homes, social psychiatry, personal assistance, and children's services. Elderly Care consists of our 5 home care teams, special accommodation with somatic units, dementia units, short-term accommodation, and day activities. When you submit your application, you can choose which area you are interested in working within: • Services for People with Disabilities (FHO) As an employee within disability services, you will work with varied tasks, often in everyday situations at individuals' homes, in day activities, or in supported housing. You will provide support and service based on individual needs, which may include personal care, assistance with meals, support, and common household tasks such as cleaning and laundry. You will also be involved in motivating and facilitating social and cultural activities with the individual. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, night, on-call, and weekends. • Elderly Care (ÄO) Working in elderly care, whether you work in home care or in special accommodation, means working closely with people and helping them in their everyday lives. You meet individuals directly in their homes and need to show dignity and respect for being in their living space. We work based on individual needs and provide care, support, and service. Our mission is to provide good service by activating, supporting, creating social connection, and providing good care. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, night, and weekends. QUALIFICATIONS To work as hourly temporary staff with us, you must be at least 18 years old. We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in working with people! You need to be responsible, engaged, and respectful as the work involves qualified care that meets individuals' needs. We prefer that you have education in care and support or children and leisure activities. It is also advantageous if you have previous experience working in Care and Support Services. As a person, you are secure, reliable, have good interpersonal skills, and find it easy to collaborate with others. To find the right people, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability and value those who are self-motivated, helpful, and enjoy working with people. A driver's license is advantageous and in some units also a requirement. Salary form: Hourly wage. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 3-6 months, start: start by agreement, ends: 2027-03-31. Working hours: Shift schedule.
