WORK DUTIES

• Disability Care (FHO)
As an employee in disability care, you will work with varied tasks, often in everyday situations at individuals' homes, in day activities, or in supported housing.
You will provide support and services based on individual needs, which may include personal care, help with meals, assistance, and common household tasks such as cleaning and laundry. You will also be involved in motivating and facilitating social and cultural activities with the individual.
Work hours are scheduled for days, evenings, nights, on-call shifts, and weekends.
• Elderly Care (ÄO)
Working in elderly care, whether in home care or in special housing, means you work closely with people and help them in their daily lives. You meet individuals directly in their homes and need to show dignity and respect for being in their homes. We work based on individual needs and provide care, support, and service. Our mission is to provide good service by activating, supporting, creating social contexts, and providing good care.
Work hours are scheduled for days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS
To work as an hourly substitute with us, you must be at least 18 years old.
We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in working with people!
You need to be responsible, committed, and respectful, as the work involves qualified care that meets individuals' needs.
We prefer that you have training in care and health services or children and leisure.
It is also a merit if you have previous experience working in Care and Health Services.
As a person, you are confident, reliable, have a good demeanor, and find it easy to collaborate with others.
To find the right people, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability and value someone who is self-motivated, helpful, and enjoys working with people.
A driver's license is a merit and is a requirement within certain units.
Wage form: Hourly wage.
Employment form: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3-6 months, start date: By agreement, end date: 2026-10-31.
Work schedule: Shift work.
