About the position As a freight forwarder, you have overall control of the customer's cargo flow and are responsible for your own customer assignments from booking to final invoicing, with a focus on road transport. You have regular contact and close cooperation with account managers, suppliers and customers.
Your tasks include:
Pricing of road transport
Planning and booking transport according to customer orders
Customs handling
Issuing transport documents
Delivery monitoring and deviation reporting
Invoicing and cost control
Participating in customer and supplier meetings
Active work on customer relationships and good service
Contributing to team development and improvement of work methods, routines and processes
This is a permanent position based at our head office in central Gothenburg, with proximity to public transport, shops and restaurants. National travel occurs occasionally in connection with customer visits and procurement. Your profile We are looking for you who wants to continue developing within freight forwarding with us and contribute to delivering first-class service and smart solutions to our customers. We would like to see that you have post-secondary education in logistics and at least 3-5 years of experience in road freight forwarding. It is an advantage if you have worked with different customer segments before and preferably with pricing. Swedish and English are used daily in the work, so you need to speak and write both languages fluently. It is desirable that you have good knowledge of the production system CW1 and Office365.
