About the Position This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent hire. Initially, you'll be employed by Bravura, and DP World has stated their intention to offer you employment with them in the future. About the Company DP World is a global logistics provider offering end-to-end solutions in Supply Chain, Transport, and Freight Forwarding. The company has a strong international presence and is now building up its Freight Forwarding operations in Sweden. You'll be part of a small team where operations are being built up. This means you work close to decision-makers with a great opportunity to influence how work is conducted. Here, a global network is combined with a more entrepreneurial local approach. Responsibilities As a Freight Forwarder, you work operationally with air cargo and are responsible for the entire process from initial booking to delivery and follow-up. You play a central role in ensuring that transports function in practice, while also maintaining contact with both customers and suppliers. You handle quotes, bookings, transport documentation, and continuously follow up on deliveries. The role also requires you to be solution-oriented, especially in situations where processes or systems are not fully established. You're expected to contribute to developing working methods and improving processes as operations grow. Examples of responsibilities: Coordinate air cargo (import, export, and cross-trade) from booking to delivery Prepare quotes and book capacity with airlines and agents Ensure correct documentation (AWB, customs documents, etc.) Follow up on deliveries and communicate status to customers Handle discrepancies and contribute to process improvements Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Some years of experience in the freight forwarding industry Air cargo experience is a merit Experience working with TMS or similar systems is a merit Strong Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written To thrive in this role, you need to be self-driven in your operational work and comfortable taking responsibility for your cases from start to finish. You work in a structured way but are flexible in how you solve problems when circumstances change. You're comfortable making decisions in daily work and have a clear focus on finding practical solutions. As a person, you're communicative and build relationships easily both internally and externally.
