About You Are you someone who is passionate about customer service? We are looking for two ophthalmic assistants to join our team at Specsavers Norrköping Ingelsta. The position is approximately 70-75%, possibly more. You should be outgoing, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for active sales. As an ophthalmic assistant, you are the first person our customers meet when they enter the store. Therefore, this is an important role in making a good first impression of the store. We offer a varied profession with clinical elements where the customer is the focus. Attitude and mindset are more important than experience, as training is provided in-house. Job Responsibilities As an ophthalmic assistant, you work in a team with an optician. Your main responsibilities are pre-measurements for eye exams and booking eye exams. Help our customers select suitable eyeglass frames, recommend, and order lenses based on customer needs. Adjustment and delivery of glasses. Sales of contact lenses and accessories.
