We are now seeking committed special educators for a flexible temporary position in Borlänge, Hedemora, and Ludvika! About the Assignment Bemannia is an authorized staffing company with 35 years of experience in staffing and recruitment. We currently have agreements with Borlänge, Hedemora, and Ludvika municipalities for the position of special educator as needed. Your Responsibilities As a special educator, your tasks include conducting educational assessments and evaluations, as well as designing, implementing, and following up on support programs for students in need of assistance. You will also work to mentor teachers and other educational staff to develop instruction and strengthen pedagogical work. You collaborate closely with students, guardians, and other members of student support services to create the best possible conditions for learning and development. Your Qualifications Licensed teacher with special education certification. At least 2 years of professional experience in the field. To succeed in the role of special educator, it is important that you have strong collaboration skills and can mentor and support teachers and other staff in a professional manner. You also need to be communicative, solution-focused, and have the ability to build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
