We are looking for an engaged and development-oriented special education teacher who wants to be an important part of our student well-being work. We are looking for someone who is not satisfied with just identifying obstacles but who actively contributes to creating solutions together with students, teachers and guardians.
We believe that successful student well-being work happens close to teaching and close to students. Therefore, classroom presence, collaboration with teachers and a solution-focused approach are important parts of the role.
Duties
Guide and support teachers in work with accommodations and special support.
Be a support for students in our flexible activities.
Conduct educational assessments and investigations.
Establish, follow up and evaluate intervention programs.
Lead student well-being meetings and be an active part of the student well-being team.
Collaborate with guardians and external actors such as BUP and social services.
Be present in classrooms to observe, support and develop learning environments and teaching.
Contribute to the school's systematic quality work and drive school development based on operational needs.
We are looking for someone who
Is trained as a special education teacher.
Has experience working in primary school, preferably grades 7–9.
Has good knowledge of educational assessments, accommodations and special support.
Feels confident in guiding colleagues and leading professional discussions.
Has a relational approach and good collaboration skills.
Is solution-focused, takes initiative and wants to contribute to school development.

Kubikskolan is a multicultural and dynamic school with energy and variety.
