Responsibilities
In this role, you will have a central function in the school's work to create favorable conditions for all students' learning, with particular focus on reading and writing development, preventive measures, and early support. Together with school leadership and educators, you will contribute to developing teaching and creating an inclusive learning environment where every student is given the opportunity to succeed.
With us, you will work closely with students and educators and be an important part of the school's systematic quality improvement work. You will support, mentor, and contribute to developing special education approaches that strengthen the quality of teaching and students' goal attainment.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with a special education degree, or who are nearing the end of your special education studies.
To succeed in this role, you have a strong commitment to students' learning, development, and goal attainment. You have good pedagogical insight and the ability to identify students' different needs and adapt interventions and approaches accordingly.
As a person, you are self-directed and take responsibility for planning, driving, and following up on your work in a structured manner. You work goal- and results-oriented and have the ability to translate analyses and assessments into concrete measures that strengthen students' learning.
You have a relationship-building approach and build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. Collaboration is a natural part of your work style, and you actively contribute to a positive and professional collaborative climate. Furthermore, you are clear in your communication and have a good ability to mentor and support colleagues in special education work.
We are looking for you who combine solid special education expertise with good collaboration skills, a structured way of working, and a desire to drive school development together with others. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
