Job Description We are now looking for you to work as a special education teacher at one of our partner schools in Skarpnäck. The school is a grades F-9 school, located just a stone's throw from the subway. You will work as a consultant and be an important part of the school's student support team. The position is 100% with immediate start and extends until Christmas 2026. There may be an opportunity for extension next school year. We welcome your application today! You will have an experienced consultant manager at your side whom you can consult on various matters. Your Background You support teachers in creating pedagogical assessments and intervention plans, and you serve as a sounding board for both the teaching staff and school leadership. Your interest in each individual means that you consciously adapt content and methods for each situation and student. You have good experience with various pedagogical tools and programs and use the computer as a natural part of your work. You are structured. We also see that you are flexible and equally comfortable working with students in their learning environment as with the unit's teachers. You are a qualified special education teacher with a background as a primary school teacher. You have experience working with students with reading and writing difficulties, math difficulties, and neurodevelopmental variations. You are familiar with various assessment tools and compensatory aids, as well as other methods that support our students and lead to better goal achievement.
