Dalstorp's rector area consists of two schools, Dalstorp and Grimsås schools. As a special education teacher with us, you have a central role in developing instruction, learning environments, and methods that meet the different needs of children and students at two units, Dalstorp School and Grimsås School. You collaborate with others in the Student Health Team (EHT) and divide your time between the units according to your assignments. You work at the individual, group, and organizational levels and contribute a special education perspective to both schools' development work. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES • Guide and support educators in working with students in need of support. • Work with teams to develop strategies and methods to create inclusive and accessible learning environments. • Conduct and participate in pedagogical assessments, investigations, and analyses. • Assess the need for special support and provide information for decisions on interventions. • Follow up, evaluate, and analyze the effects of implemented support measures. • Actively participate in student health work and contribute special education expertise. • Provide support to the principal on matters regarding instruction, accessible learning environments, and special support. • Contribute to the school's preventive and promotional work. • Participate in systematic quality work and in the development of the organization's pedagogical work. QUALIFICATIONS • You are a certified teacher with a special education degree. • You have knowledge of inclusive learning environments and a relational perspective on learning and development. • You have strong ability to guide and support educators in their professional development. • You have good knowledge of governing documents, school legislation, and the special education assignment. • You have experience with pedagogical investigations, assessments, and analytical work. • You have strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent position. Duration and start date: 2026-09-01 or by agreement. Working hours: Daytime.
