Work Location: Chrudim Requirements: • University education in accordance with the Act on Pedagogical Workers No. 563/2004 Coll. • Knowledge of the school environment and selected regulations (records, deferrals, support measures, etc.) • Understanding of challenging child behavior and knowledge of solutions in family and school settings • PC skills (Windows, MS Office, internet) • Driver's license category B and active driving experience • Criminal record clearance • Independence, responsibility, good communication skills, and respectful approach to children and their families Duties: Individual support for children in education and development of academic skills • Addressing challenging situations related to school attendance, academic performance, and behavior • Active communication and collaboration with schools and other specialists • Regular cooperation with families and support for parents in establishing conditions for child education • Providing direct care to children (ambulatory and in-home services) • Coordination and mediation of related services - Start date: 5/2026 or by agreement; possibility of contract renewal upon mutual satisfaction - If interested in this position, please send a structured CV and cover letter (expectations for the role, relevant work experience) by April 17, 2026 to [email protected].
