We currently have agreements with Borlänge, Hedemora, and Ludvika municipalities for the position of special education teacher as needed. Your Responsibilities As a special education teacher as needed, you will provide instruction and support to students requiring special education, primarily in mathematics and literacy development. Your duties include assessing students' support needs, collaborating with teachers on instructional adaptations, and contributing to assessments and development of intervention programs. You will also collaborate with colleagues to drive pedagogical development initiatives. Your Qualifications Licensed teacher with a special education teaching degree. At least 2 years of work experience in the field. To succeed in this role, you are a pedagogical, patient, and attentive person who understands students' individual needs. You have the ability to create a sense of security, build strong relationships, and adapt instruction to provide each student with the best possible conditions to develop and reach their goals.
