Duties As a special education teacher, you are primarily responsible for planning, implementing, following up and documenting teaching. You always participate in EHT meetings, collaborate with other professionals within the student welfare team and are responsible for students' documentation in PMO. You collaborate and lead the team consisting of you as a special education teacher, a teacher in training to become a special education teacher, a school support pedagogue, leisure-time school teacher and student assistants. You work preventatively to remove obstacles in different learning environments. You are inspired and enjoy exchanging new thoughts and ideas, have experience of change work where you take an active role and have close collaboration with colleagues who teach students in practical aesthetic subjects and in collaboration with the primary school's joint activities. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a qualified special education teacher with a focus on IF and have experience of teaching in adapted primary school. You have experience of teaching students who study according to curriculum subject areas and subjects. We are looking for you with experience in documenting in Vklass and PMO. You have an inclusive approach and create good relationships with students, guardians and colleagues. You understand that all students have different prerequisites and acquire knowledge in different ways. You can plan and prioritize your work independently and build your development work on an analysis of previous results. You are familiar with governing documents and have the ability to apply them. You follow current research in your field of activity and have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
