Your Responsibilities You are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on instruction based on students' individual needs and curriculum objectives. You assess learning, identify areas for development, and design instruction that is accessible, structured, and motivating. Teaching takes place both individually and in small groups, with a focus on inspiring motivation, building independence, and developing further on students' strengths and interests. The subject classes consist of approximately 10–12 students and are often multi-age. In the subject area classes, approximately 5–7 students attend, with individualized instruction focused on communication, life skills, and the student's overall development. Collaboration is an integral part of the role, and together with student services, colleagues, and teaching assistants, you conduct preventive and supportive work to create the best possible conditions. Your Qualifications You have a genuine commitment to students in need of special support and meet each individual with responsiveness, structure, and clear expectations. You are confident in your professional role, see possibilities, and adapt your working methods based on the student's circumstances. You hold a teaching license and have completed or are completing specialized education as a special education teacher with a focus on intellectual disabilities (IF).
