We're looking for you who wants to be a key person in creating good conditions for learning within SFI and Komvux at basic level. You will work both preventatively and remedially and be part of the school's student support team. The work involves close collaboration with teachers, special education specialists, and other professionals to provide students with the support they need. Examples of work tasks and areas of responsibility: • Map students and support teachers in receiving new students • Teach and provide targeted interventions for students in need of support, both individually and in groups • Lead, for example, study groups and targeted support initiatives • Participate in and contribute to the school's support team • Document and follow up on students' development • Collaborate with teachers, special education specialists, and study and career advisors, among others • Contribute to development of structures and processes for support and adjustments throughout the school • Mentor and provide consultative support to teachers regarding adjustments and work methods • Evaluate and analyze support initiatives The position involves travel and work at multiple Egen regis units. Your Competence and Experience Requirements • Teaching degree with certification in Swedish as a Second Language • Special Education Teacher training, preferably with a focus on reading and writing difficulties • Good digital competence • Experience in navigating and driving processes in complex organizations Meritorious • Experience from adult education / all study paths within SFI is highly meritorious • Experience in following up and evaluating initiatives Personal Qualities As a person you are goal- and results-oriented and structured. You are flexible, development-oriented, and have very good collaboration skills. You can work at student and school level while maintaining a holistic perspective at the Egen regis level.
