You will be part of a work team that shapes and develops the operations and lays a strong foundation for student development. You strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where all students feel seen. In our school development, we focus on accessible learning and recognize that collaboration is the key to shared learning and improved student outcomes. You create opportunities for students to succeed and are responsive, clear, and respectful in your leadership, based on the belief that all students can and want to develop. As a person, you are secure, stable, and positive. You are responsive in your interactions and build trusting relationships with both students and adults.
