We are now seeking a qualified specialized teacher in reading and writing development who, together with school management and the student support team (EHT), wants to continue developing Barnarpsskolan into an organization that meets students based on their conditions and needs. You work in health-promoting, preventative, and remedial ways based on your profession's assigned responsibilities. Through interdisciplinary collaboration within the EHT, we support students' development toward educational goals and contribute to creating accessible learning environments. The position involves, among other things: Responsibility for the school's systematic work with screening, analysis, interventions, and follow-up. Being part of the school's Swedish subject team with focused attention on the school library. Planning, conducting, and evaluating specialized instruction based on your specialization at group and individual levels. Providing advice and support to school staff and guardians as an expert in your area of specialization. Conducting assessments of students' need for special support on behalf of the principal and managing intervention programs, particularly when questions relate to the specialized teacher's area of specialization. Being part of the school's resource center. Supporting students in using analog and digital assistive tools. Documenting in journal systems and participating in professional networks.
