We are looking for a dedicated and competent special education teacher who wants to be an active part of our development! You will be part of the school's student support team and contribute to developing the systems and efficiency in processes for students in need of special support, as well as participate in preventative and health-promoting work at the school. You plan, implement, and follow up on educational interventions to promote students' knowledge development. You work both individually and in groups with students in need of special support to develop accessibility in the learning environment. You provide guidance and support to colleagues in pedagogical work. You write assessments, evaluations of students' need for special support and action plans, and follow up on interventions and documentation. The work involves many contact points with students, colleagues, guardians, and various authorities. Requirements: • Have teacher certification for primary school lower grades (required). • Have a special education teacher or special pedagogy degree and experience working as one. • Have experience writing assessments of students' need for special support and action plans. • Be a confident and stable leader. • Have the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. • Be flexible and solution-focused with good collaboration skills and contribute responsibly to development in collegial learning. • Be engaged and bring enthusiasm with energy and passion to the work. • Be organized and systematic. • Be action-oriented, solution-focused, and apply your knowledge in practical and concrete ways. • Be responsive and curious about students' voices and perspectives, and believe that students will succeed if they can. • Lead colleagues with responsiveness and curiosity. • Master Swedish very well in both speech and writing as required for the work. • Take responsibility for capturing and stimulating students' curiosity, interests, and learning. • Have qualifications in Swedish as a second language. • Have experience teaching in lower grades. • Have experience with language-developing instruction. • A plus if you can document in ProRenata.
