As a special education teacher, you teach students, work with the learning environment, support teachers with additional adaptations, conduct assessments of students' need for special support, write and evaluate intervention plans. It is important that our employees feel included and work in a learning environment. Qualifications You who apply are a certified primary school teacher and have a special education teacher degree. If you have experience working as a special education teacher and according to CPS, we consider that an asset. You have good insight and knowledge of school development and the school's governing documents. You have acquired knowledge and experience in mentoring/professional development, student health work, and working with documentation - pedagogical assessments, additional adaptations, and special support/intervention programs. You have good didactic and pedagogical ability and can therefore also lead and organize work with the student/students to create a good learning environment throughout the day. You develop your work and your leadership based on evidence-based research and we want you to be accustomed to working with relevant digital tools and learning tools. You are a clear and confident leader in the classroom.
