The Lit school area includes Treälvsskolan F-9 with 335 students, Häggenås skola F-6 with 95 students, and Bringåsen skola F-6 with 65 students. Your New Role
For the 2026-2027 school year, we need to expand our team with an additional special education teacher. Our special education team consists of two special education specialists and one special education teacher (with a focus on students' language, writing, and reading development), and we wish to enhance our expertise with another special education teacher. A new way of working preventively and promotively together with the school area's student health team is being developed, and your experience and ideas will be important here. The focus is on the school area's development work—developing learning environments, approaches, and teaching so that our schools meet all students' different needs.
Typical Responsibilities
As a special education teacher with us, you will be a key person in our work with student support measures. You work closely with students, teachers, and special education specialists to make support measures and adaptations concrete in the classroom.
You will be important in the work of:
Planning, implementing, and in consultation with the special education specialist, following up on special support for students, both individually and in small groups.
Collaborating with other special education teachers, special education specialists, and the school's student health personnel.
Dialoging with parents to create a holistic approach to students' learning.

Your Qualifications
Special education teacher certification, preferably with a focus on mathematics. You are well acquainted with the school's governing documents and can apply them in daily work.
