Cook – Skolfood AB, Vaniljgatan 27 Work hours: 06:00-14:30 Are you a cheerful and positive cook with experience in specialized diets and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment? We are now seeking a Specialized Diet Cook who works closely together in a team of two people. Together you will prep and prepare approximately 300-600 adapted and specialized meals daily. You are a solution-oriented and action-oriented person who enjoys maintaining a positive atmosphere in the kitchen. Additionally, we see that you are experienced working with digital tools to manage the administration of specialized diets. About Skolfood Skolfood is one of Sweden's largest private school meal suppliers in southern Sweden. Our operations span from Gävle in the north to Ystad in the south, and we serve over 30,000 school lunches daily. About the Position As a Cook, you work with the entire process. From prep, preparation of school meals, packaging, and cleaning. Together with the team, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. You will be a key person for the kitchen to deliver quality food while maintaining high standards and creating a positive and efficient work environment. Your responsibilities: Administration of specialized diets. Emails, labels, etc. Prep & preparation Preparation of specialized and adapted meals Packaging for transport We are looking for someone who: Is cheerful, positive, and can spread a positive atmosphere in the kitchen. Is solution-oriented & action-oriented. Has experience working with specialized diets and is accustomed to a fast-paced environment. Has relevant education in cooking or the culinary profession, or equivalent work experience. Meritorious: Previous experience preparing school meals.
