Your New Workplace
Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of people with dementia? We are looking for a committed specialist nursing assistant at Solgården in Indal! At Solgården, you will have the opportunity to work in a meaningful assignment—where your specialist competence helps us develop the future of elder care. We believe in care that places quality of life and well-being at the center, both for our residents and their loved ones. You will join a workplace where team spirit is strong and we support each other—here, the team comes before the individual, and we make things happen together.
Are you social, flexible, and enjoy when things happen in daily life? Then you will thrive with us! Solgården is a specialized residential facility with 49 apartments distributed across six units on two floors. Here live people with dementia and somatic illnesses. The facility is centrally located in Indal, with proximity to both nature and community services. We are looking for someone who wants to take the next step in their career—and be part of creating a safe, warm, and meaningful everyday life for our residents.
How You Contribute as a Specialist Nursing Assistant
Your responsibilities:
You are an active part of daily operations and perform care-related tasks together with colleagues.
You contribute to natural learning in everyday situations.
You work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
You get the opportunity to use your specialist competence to, together with other professionals, create value for our care and service users—based on a person-centered approach.
You have an important role in mentoring, developing competence, and working proactively with care personnel within your specialist area.
You work comprehensively and strategically together with the unit manager and other key functions in the shared quality and development work within dementia care.
Your Competence and Experience
The position requires a passed upper secondary school diploma and complete training in care and services with a passing grade in all courses in the national education package for the Care and Services Program, or equivalent older or adult education. You must have at least five years of combined full-time professional experience in care and services, or relevant experience from the last five years.
Additionally, a university college degree in specialist nursing approved by the employer is required—200 higher vocational education credits with passing grades in all courses.
