Documentation is an important part of our work and therefore you need to master the Swedish language well both verbally and in writing as well as have good computer skills. In your role as a specialist nurse, you should be a role model and inspire the application of a salutogenic approach at the individual, group and organizational level in order to create and develop a learning and engaged work climate. By educating and coaching colleagues in both general and specific matters, you actively contribute to increasing the quality for the individual. As a specialist nurse, you coach and guide your colleagues within your area of expertise based on the organization's goals, procedures and delegation from the responsible nurse. You work in your work group according to the same work schedule as your colleagues and with regular care work while you will have allocated time for your assignment. You should be able to drive the work independently, based on assignments from the unit manager and be able to cooperate with other professions and report to them. You will work according to a job description that involves you working preventively, with measures, follow-ups and development of the business. The assignment is primarily governed by the Social Services Act (SoL), the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (OSL), the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL), the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations and general advice as well as municipal policy documents. QUALIFICATIONS Specialist Nurse • We are looking for you who are trained as a specialist nurse with proof of protected professional title as a nurse and who have previous work experience in healthcare. Since documentation is an important part of the role as a specialist nurse, good computer skills are a requirement. Karlskrona Municipality works with full-time as the norm and offers 100% employment rate but with the possibility of part-time work. Working hours are scheduled for daytime and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends.
