About the Workplace
Based at Villa Hevea in Tågaborg, you'll work in a home care team where your expertise truly makes a difference. Here you'll have independent and varied work close to the patient, while also having a strong team behind you and close support in your daily work. With us, you'll be part of a great team providing care to patients in the northern parts of Helsingborg. You'll primarily work within home care area Nord 1, but may need to support home care area Nord 4, which operates from Hamilton House, as needed.

Responsibilities
As a specialist nursing assistant with us, you work both close to patients and with a development focus, emphasizing quality, safety, and individual needs. In your role, you work closely and in collaboration with nurses in home care. You assist with health and medical care services and perform tasks on delegation or instruction, such as wound dressing changes, specimen collection, and compression therapy for patients enrolled in home care. This may also include practical tasks such as picking up medications or wound dressing materials as needed.
Other responsibilities include documentation in accordance with applicable legislation.
Qualifications
To proceed in the recruitment process, you need to have completed at least 200 YH points as a specialist nursing assistant and have previous experience from care and support work. You also need to have good computer skills and documentation experience, be comfortable working with digital tools, and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Being able to cycle is a requirement, while a B driving license is a merit.
It's also a merit if you have knowledge of Senior Alert, BPSD, Stjärnmärkt, Lifecare, and Procapita.
