JOB DUTIES Are you a nursing assistant who wants to use your specialist expertise to create a meaningful and active daily life for people with cognitive disorders? With us you get a central role in a dedicated team that works in a person-centered and health-promoting way. You will work both strategically and operatively with a focus on person-centered care, mental health and good approach. As a specialist nursing assistant you will, among other things: • Guide and support employees in approach and conduct • Educate employees in person-centered care and mental health • Conduct assessments and develop individual approach strategies • Work for good and safe nursing care and enable continued residence • Collaborate with different professional categories, patients/users and family members • Work independently with structure, planning and follow-up With us you become part of a dedicated and competent team, where every day you contribute to increased quality of life for people with cognitive disorders. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is confident in your professional role and has a warm, professional approach. You are flexible and adapt when conditions change, while maintaining focus on safety and quality. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for your assignment and have a natural ability to collaborate in a team. As a specialist nursing assistant you are happy to share your knowledge and contribute to a learning work environment. Above all, you are passionate about creating a meaningful and active daily life for people with cognitive disorders, with respect, commitment and care as your guiding principles. Requirements: • Are trained as a nursing assistant with specialist education in cognitive disorders or equivalent • Have experience working with people with dementia and mental health issues • Good experience with documentation according to the Social Services Act • Have experience educating and presenting to larger groups and feel confident in that role • Master good Swedish in speech and writing • B Driver's License Meritorious • Knowledge of multiple languages For employment at Landskrona Omsorg you must provide an extract from the criminal record in an unopened envelope.
